The future is electric: BAUER eBG 33 H all electric

Highly efficient, zero local emissions and extremely quiet – that’s our eBG 33 H all electric. Not only has the diesel drive been replaced by a powerful electric drive, but all the main consumers are also purely electric. An electric rotary head (KDK) and the electric main winch ensure the highest level of performance. Furthermore, the BAUER eBG 33 H all electric is equipped with our new B-Tronic 5 with assistance systems and extended data networking.

Emissionsfrei Ankerbohren mit der KLEMM KR 806-3E

Die batterieelektrische KR 806-3E ist nicht nur kompakt, sondern auch leistungsstark und dabei extrem vielseitig. Das Universal- und Ankerbohrgerät überzeugt außerdem durch deutlich reduzierte Feinstaub- und Lärmemissionen sowie eine erheblich gesteigerte Energieeffizienz. Die Hauptverbraucher werden von einem permanent magneterregten Synchronmotor mit einer Spitzenleistung von 154 kW angetrieben. Je nach Bedarf wird die Batterie automatisch geladen oder zur Abdeckung von Leistungsspitzen genutzt. Durch den Anschluss mittels eines 125 A/400 V AC Kabels ist die Energieversorgung auf der Baustelle denkbar einfach.

Rethinking cutter projects: BAUER Cube System

The BAUER Cube System was specially developed for use in confined spaces. Due to its flexible application possibilities, for example, it is capable of operating below ground while life on the surface goes about its usual business. It produces less dust and noise, benefiting personnel as well as the entire environment. Due to its compact format and reduced need for construction vehicles, traffic is less negatively impacted as well. For us, this is a real gamechanger when it comes to challenging cutter projects in densely populated urban areas.

Entsandung "next level" mit der BE 600-C

BAUER MAT Slurry Handling Systems ist in der BAUER Maschinengruppe der Spezialist für Misch- und Trenntechnik. Im Frühjahr 2023 stellte die Allgäuer Zweigniederlassung mit der BE 600-C eine neue Entsandungsanlage vor, die es – im wahrsten Sinne – in sich hat: Die zweistufige Anlage mit Doppelzyklonierung ist innerhalb eines Container-Rahmens verbaut. Neben ihrem Durchsatz von 600 m3 pro Stunde punktet die Anlage insbesondere mit einem schnellen und einfachen Aufbau, sodass sie in kürzester Zeit bei Fräs-, Tunneling-, Greifer- oder Bohrprojekten in Betrieb gehen kann. Der Clou: Bei Bedarf kann die BE 600-C problemlos in zwei BE 300-C Einzelanlagen aufgeteilt werden – Flexibilität bis ins Detail.

Perfectly coordinated cutting system: BAUER BCS 185

In the form of the BCS 185, the BAUER Maschinen Group presented guests at its in-house exhibition in spring 2023 with a specialized cutter carrier that offers a highly economical entry-level variant for a cutter system combined with the hose drum system HDS 90-T. This equipment can achieve trench depths of up to 90 m. During the development process, one key focus was to ensure compact and modular design in order to optimize the equipment for transport and assembly. Specifically, it is made up of a MT 185 base carrier equipped with a 585 kW (Stage V) engine, an HDS 90-T hose drum system and a BC cutter unit from Bauer – impressive technology.
